Michelle grew up on a farm in Baileyville, Kansas, with her parents and younger brother, Tyler.

She graduated from B&B high school in 2007 then proceeded to Kansas State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. She then went to Wichita State University and graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant in 2014. She then moved to Arkansas City, KS, and worked at the Ark City Clinic as a family practice PA.

In 2017, she joined the staff at Ponca City Urgent Care & Family Practice and has served the local community since.

Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn; son, Carter; and her two labs – Cash & Callie. In her spare time, you’ll find her working in her garden, baking, or walking her dogs.

Megan Lawver is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of nursing experience.

She graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with an Associates’ degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2005. She decided to further her education in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Walden University, then finished her Masters of Nursing with a focus on Family Nursing Practice in 2014 (also from Walden University).

She has worked in many different nursing settings such as hospital inpatient, correctional facilities, home health care, primary care, nursing home care, and urgent care.

She has been married to her husband, Tim, for 21 years and has four beautiful daughters. She likes to spend her free time with her family going camping and fishing, as well as attending sporting events and church activities.

Chris Greenhagen has lived and served the Kay County community for over 30 years.

He, his wife, and his two grown children all graduated from Ponca City High School. His family calls Ponca City home.

Chris has always been drawn to helping people and began his career as a Ponca City Paramedic/Firefighter and then a Flight Medic for Eagle Med. After serving the Ponca City Fire Department for over ten years, he returned to school. In December 2013, Chris graduated from OU-Tulsa School of Community Medicine as a Physician Assistant. He began seeing patients and building a practice in the Kay county community in February of 2014.

Chris is committed to his primary care patients and has extended hours to help those who work 8-5 pm.

Chris likes to be outdoors and spending time with his family. He is also a member of Ponca City FWB Church. He and His wife, Emily, a teacher for Ponca City Public School, have three children. A son in law and daughter who live in Tulsa, a son in the Oklahoma National Guard, and a son in elementary school.

Dr. Chadwick Ross, DO graduated from medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma followed by a Fellowship in Administrative Health Care where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Ross is a native of Ponca City and he returned to his home town to practice in 2009. Since then Dr. Ross has been serving the Ponca City community and in 2019 became part owner of Ponca City Urgent Care and Family Practice. Dr. Ross is the Medical Director for the clinic and is happy to be involved in serving his hometown.
